Euro Truck Simulator 2 > General Discussions > Topic Details. Mrsupertall Aug 6, 2014 @ 12:25pm. Speed limit indicator 1.11.1s. Noticed that the speed limit indicator that was built in to 1.11 is not quite updated. been driving alond a 100kph limit a while (roadside sign), and still says limit is 80 in the dispay.
You must be on a server that uses it, so no one can speed around ramming other folks at high speed. But you'd be better off asking in the MP forum for that. :) #12. TURPX Jul 4, 2015 @ 8:08am. Cities are limited to 60kmh on MP. #13. 76561199245627902 Jun 20, 2023 @ 8:33am.
For example, in Finland, trucks speed is limited 80 km/h = 49,7 mph.The same applies to the all scandinavian countries. In some european countries also have the same restriction, for example: Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland. The game has just been easier to do the same formula for all countries, consistent with the speed limit
Currently, most cities have the same road speed limit rules for both cars and trucks, and your truck also has a speed limit of 110-140 km/h on motorways and toll roads, a speed limit of 80-130 km/h on expressways, 80–100 km/h. Speed limit per hour on high-speed local roads and 50 km/h speed limit in urban and urban low-speed areas. However
Hello. How is it with speed limit? I mosty drive 83, when there is limit on 80 km/h etc. but now I drove almost 90km/h, cops passed me and I didn't got penalty, even though I once got when driving on 87 km/h.
If you're using KM/H in the UK: 60(sign) = 90 (speedometer - limiter on) or 96 (speedometer - limiter off; the UK raised their truck speed limit from 55mph to 60)(speedometer) Half truth. The UK limit has always been 60mph on motorways, the speed on dual carraige ways and single lane raods is what changed. And only in England/Wales.
anyway i just remembered something. some roads in some countries have 100 km/h speed limit, for trucks. why is that even a thing when WoT limits the speed to 90 km/h? Because it is a speed limit and not a minimum speed. So they can sign whatever they want. And all trucks in the EU needs to have a speed limiter active that limits their speed to
Therefore the easiest way I've found to get your deliveries in-time is to start by driving at the speed limit (use the Truck Speed Limit for this) and watch your ETA time, comparing it to the delivery time frame (as shown when you press F6 on the GPS). If you find that your ETA is early, use the cruise control to slow your speed down to 60 km/h.
